More details have been revealed in regards to a recent leak of casting call documents that was discovered by Kotaku for what many believed to be “Fallout 4.” According to a report by Pocket Lint on Dec. 12, the sequel to the open-world role-playing series features a mission set in the Institute, a fictional post-apocalyptic area based on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The leak also noted several other locations such as the Commonwealth, a region that was often referenced in the previous installments of the “Fallout” series. A character by the name of Preston Garvey will send the player through a museum located within the area in order to retrieve a fusion core.
The other characters that may have been confirmed for the rumored “Fallout 4” title are a radio disc jockey by the name of Travis Miles in addition to an engineer known as Sturges. The latter will apparently be “a cross between Buddy Holly and Vin Diesel.”
Bethesda Software has not yet officially confirmed or denied the existence of “Fallout 4” despite the ongoing rumors and speculations. Bethesda Game Studios, the developer behind “Fallout 3” (you can find some screens of the third main game in the series in the slideshow to the left of this article), disclosed earlier this year that the team is currently working on a new unannounced project.
