To answer the questions, court cases are not simple and need preparation. Take the time and make sure the reward is worth the effort. Doing it for one image is not something I would consider unless it was a very serious case. The decision is yours of course but I would seriously think about that and maybe even wait until the small claims system is decided. You have time yet. I think you might need to discuss it with a real copyright attorney instead of the general practice attorney. I have no issue with general practice attorneys as they can do many things quite well. Copyright is one of those very complicated and ever evolving areas of law that I would not feel comfortable doing it without at least discussing it with one.
The infringing sites are up and running pretty well. I have stated that I am not involved with them and I am not. I am not promoting them but I am using them. The sites are a good way to alert others about the copyright issues. Whether you use the actual names and images is your choice. Make a good one.
A strange thing has happened. Diabetes has many side effects so having it is a very bad thing. The issue is now do I have it? I have had many side effects including passing out because of sugar issues a few years back. Using the blood sugar test for diagnosis is almost too simple. I have low iodine levels. I am not going into detail as the studies are being published but the lack of iodine causes the same issues and more as high blood sugar. It appears that the simple act of adding back iodized salt to my diet may fix all the issues including high blood sugar. You can search and find the studies if you wish. I am not going to promote this but I am going on an iodine supplement for a period of time. Many people totally reverse the effects of type II diabetes by correcting the low iodine levels. It seems most doctors and blood tests ignore the iodine levels because it is in the salt to correct the low levels in society. By reducing the salt intake we have lowered our iodine levels to almost half what ( Dr. Weil) they used to be. For people like me it may be quite dangerous and creates all kinds of issues. That is pretty amazing for a trace mineral that is very hard to get from food. Many vitamins and food labels do not even show it.
If you are wondering about the iodine levels it is what helps regulate the thyroid and we have all heard the horror stories of thyroid problems from weight issue to emotional and memory issues. It can be quite serious. Just for the record, the problem is much higher in women than men. One sign, you may not be able to sweat with low iodine.
If you have high blood sugar issues that cause up and down symptoms over a period of time, check with your doctor about it. Many of the doctors ignore it but more and more are seeing the result of the studies and at least will take a look at it. It can take months to get your iodine level up to where it is supposed to be however many people have to get off the diabetic medications because their blood sugar levels return to normal pretty quickly.
I only put this here as some people ask questions about diabetes and what effects that I have had or do have. This may be the real issue and the medication that causes all kinds of bad issues may have just been a band-aid for the group like me. I am very hopeful about getting rid of the issues I have with metformin.
Enough of the serious items for now have some fun with this study about the calories used for various forms of sexual activity. You will get a good laugh from it. Enjoy. I laughed a lot.
