Adam Richman from "Man V Food" has lost 60 pounds! On Sept. 15, PEOPLE Magazine posted a photo of Richman looking much slimmer. Known for taking on "food challenges" at various restaurants around the country, Richman often overate and unsurprisingly, his weight increased over the years. Now that the show is finished, Richman has made some lifestyle changes -- and he looks great!
Richman says that he doesn't regret doing the show because it gave him a name in the business. It was a lot of fun for him to try amazing foods at some of the best eateries around but he's now being more health conscious, consuming less white flour and upping his exercise routine.
Adam Richman has eaten mountains of food -- and he has won plenty of T-shirts and chachkies to prove it. Consuming pounds of food in one sitting and eating under the clock to claim coveted titles might be a thing of the past for Richman -- but that wasn't easy for him to give up. In fact, Richman still craves pizza whenever he smells it.
"The crew got a bunch of pizzas, and it was all I could smell. It sucked. But I had a Greek yogurt with raw almonds, water and an iced coffee, and I was satisfied," said Richman. Obviously proud of his incredible weight loss, Richman looks forward to the future -- and maybe just having a taste of brisket every now and again!
Adam Richman is on a new show called "Adam Richman's Fandemonium" which premiered on the Travel Channel on July 14. Richman finds himself traveling the country in search of the biggest and wildest fan events. The Daytona 500 and the Kentucky Derby are just two of his stops.
