Adam Lind has been arrested again and will miss his monthly chance to see his daughter with Chelsea Houska. Radar Online reports on Sunday that Lind violated the terms of his DUI program and did not get the opportunity to post bail. Lind is only allowed to see his daughter Aubree once a month, but he spent his visitation hours in a jail cell without her.

Lind is part of the 24/7 Program, and his arrest indicates that he could have failed a drug or alcohol test. The other possibility is Lind did not show up for the drug and alcohol tests, so he was automatically arrested. Lind has spent time in jail for a variety of offenses ranging from DUI to driving without a license.

Houska is not letting Lind’s latest arrest affect her or Aubree, and she posted a photo on Instagram of how she is enjoying her Sunday at a pool. In May, after Lind went to jail for driving without a license again, the “Teen Mom 2” star considered a change to their custody agreement. She has allegedly tried to reduce her communication with him to a minimum and has not been pleased with the visitation requirements.

Although Lind is not allowed to drive a car, Houska is allegedly still worried he may put her daughter at risk by having her in a vehicle with him and drinking at the same time. Lind’s lack of concern for Aubree or his other child has left the reality star wondering if she can have full custody. He is rumored to be ignoring his child with former girlfriend Taylor Halbur, and his latest relationship with Jessica Nicole may not last. However, he has found time to criticize the “Teen Mom 2” star by accusing her of lying about Aubree’s last name on television.
