After being cancelled from ABC's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Dick Clark in early December as part of the fallout from his ill-fated American Music Awards performance, Adam Lambert was searching for a new avenue in which to perform, and found one.
Lambert will headline the annual Gridlock New Year's Eve concert in Los Angeles, hosted by Pamela Anderson. The 2010 concert is located at the Paramount Pictures Studio Lot in the heart of Hollywood, and the event's Web site states that Lambert is set to perform on the stroke of midnight at the main stage. Unfortunately for those without tickets or not in the Los Angeles area, the performance will not be televised or streamed online.
Other performers at Gridlock New Year's Eve include Fanny Pak, Leah Turner, and Kevin Rudolf. Tickets are still available at the show's Web site: gridlockla.com. Proceeds from the show will benefit the American Red Cross.
