"American Idol"'s Adam Lambert and Kris Allen perform on NBC's

Adam Lambert fans did not forget "American Idol" season 8 winner Kris Allen's birthday on June 21 -- in fact, they got Allen some presents meant to be shared with one special person. And it wasn't Allen's wife, Katy.
Allen, 24, told TV Guide magazine, "They gave me a couple feathers ... they wanted to glam up my look a little bit, which I really appreciate, thanks. And they also gave me a headphone splitter so that me and Adam can listen to music after the shows and cuddle."
"They're clearly misinterpreting our friendship," Lambert interjected.
But Lambert collapsed into gleeful laughter when Allen put his arm around him.
"A crush is a very nonthreatening thing," Lambert said of his infamous "crush" on Allen during their time on "American Idol".
"Yeah, I have a crush on Adam," Allen deadpanned. "Can I say that?"
"They'll run with that," Lambert warned.
"Yeah, I'm screwed," Allen said.
Looks like a match made in media heaven!
The American Idols Live! Tour kicks off on July 5 in Portland, OR and ends September 15 in Manchester, NH. According to Rolling Stone magazine, Lambert’s songs will include “Life on Mars,” “Fame” and “Let’s Dance” while Allen will perform, among others, “Hey Jude,” “Heartless” and the coronation song “No Boundaries.”

Ok, at this point, I NEED Kris to get his own Rolling Stone cover and announce that he, too, is gay and he and Adam are in love.
They could not BE any cuter. I also love how Kris seems to be the only person that can throw Adam off his "PR" game. We've seen him disolve into giggles several times, now, at the hands of Kris.

Don't know much about them - don't watch Idol but from what I've seen, they're very funny and watchable together. Give them their own show I think.
They're adorable and hilarious together. Adam is very charismatic, sweet and quick-witted and Kris is completely well-adjusted, comfortable in his own skin and has excellent comic timing. Both really funny, good, charming, sexy guys, super talented and endearing. Will be a shame if they don't stay close friends.
These two are dynamite on camera together. They are the Oscar & Felix of this century.
I am a die hard Glambert. Adam my one and only but I have to say I have nothing but absolute respect for Kris Allen and I would go to battle for him. In the interview Adam was obviously uncomfortable about the way the media has made such a big deal about his comment. Kris could not have said anything but to laugh and say he had a crush too and put his arm around him in fun to me spoke volumes about that man. He is totally secure in who he is and he is a wonderful person. I wish nothing but success and happiness for Kris and his wife who appears to be a big supportive of Adam too. Love you both.

Like Adam said, people are reading too much into their friendship. Keep it real. Kris is a great guy, but this is only a friendship and they are very obviously milking it for all its' worth. Kris is not going to come out as gay, he is very much in love with Katy. He is just really cool.
Adam and Kris are similar in many ways. the reason why they click together is because they are true to themselves. they both are funny, quick-witted, down-to-earth, honest, unpretentious and just really cool. Both are amazingly talented without being competitive.
