American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert's first major post-Idol performance certainly got everyone talking last night, as his romp at the American Music Awards was the main topic of discussion this morning on talk radio and television.
I wrote earlier today about the controversy, and the fact that to me it really overshadowed a disappointing song. For the full footage of his performance, check out that column here.
This morning, Lambert called the editing of his performance for the West Coast feeds "discrimination," telling Access Hollywood "If it’s edited, that’s discrimination. I will be a little disappointed because there is a little bit of discrimination going in this country. There’s a big double standard, female pop artists have been doing things provocative like that for years, and the fact that I’m a male, and I’ll be edited and discriminated against could be a problem.”
For more from Lambert, check out the recap. It'll be interesting to see how he handles the controversy, which is his first major appearance since leaving the comfortably safe cocoon of American Idol.

What this american idot doesn't get, is that we have the right to sensor his porno gay tributes from the sight of our children, and from our own sight. We have the right to sensor straight porno from the sights of our kids. What makes jack-adam think people have to be forced to accept his impression of life and reality. Charlie Manson is in prison, because he was self expressive also, because the majority refused to accept his reality.
