Adam Lambert officially announced today via Twitter his new album will be released November 24th a week after “American Idol” winner Kris Allen’s first album is released on November 17th. Both Adam Lambert and Kris Allen have signed a recording contract with 19 Recordings/RCA and Jive Records.
Adam’s Twitter message stated, “over 86K raised by http://www.donorschoose.org... !! thank you guys so much! keep it coming! fyi my album drops Nov 24th ! "
Adam is also currently holding a fan contest for donorschoose.org, which provides much needed help for students across the country to get the resources they need to learn and thrive in music and theater. The top 10 most generous donors will receive signed photos by Adam and the Fan Group with the most donations will receive an exclusive online chat session with Adam! (Check out the leader board below!)
Adam Lambert’s album, the runner up on Season 8 of “American Idol” is one of most highly anticipated albums to be released this year.

I am an 86 year old great grandmother and Adam Lambert is the sexiest man I have seen in years. I went to his concert in Sunrise with my nails panted black and with eyeliner and glitter eye shadow. He has the voice on an angel and dances like the devil. That is why I love him. I bought all of his music on I Tunes and can not wait for his album. I learned to use the internet to look at his You Tubes. My friends and I have a gambling group (the oldest is 90) and we get together once a week to got to Hard Rock and before we go we see who has found the sexiest Adam You Tube and we buy lunch for the winner. We are all going to 2012 on the first day to hear Adam's song.
I will buy Adam's album the day it comes out!! I can't wait!! I really appreciate Adam turning all his fans onto this great charity. He is such a genuinely decent guy and I happily donated to this great cause. Really look forward to Adam's solo tour!! He has a remarkable voice and huge stage presence.

Most DEFINITELY buying ALL of ADAM'S CD's NOW and in the FUTURE ... no matter WHAT the genre. I begin and end my day with a trip to my computer to hear one of the MANY songs on Ytube ... especially the Brigadoon song and the tender ballads from the Upright Cabaret. What a voice ... like being sung to by an angel. Reminds me of when I was 18 and I felt the same way about ELVIS ... only now I'm just interested in the VOICE ... SIGH!
Of course they postponed Adam's CD for the week after Kris' CD comes out, it would be embarrassing to have the "runner-up" sell more CDs than the "winner". This way Kris can have the number one album for a whole week before Adam's CD kicks him out of the #1 spot and outsells him. I can't wait for that to happen.
Hahahaha I actually wish Kris and Adam's album would come out on the same day. I would be laughing my ass off when I would walk into every single store and realize that all of Adam's CDs were sold out, and a pile of Kris's CDs were still on the shelf. We ALL know its going to happen. Can't wait for ADAM'S CD, and his pics from the photo shoot for his album are HOT!!!!
These are the fans I hate to meet and greet. Notice she says "I am an 86 year old great grandmother and Adam Lambert is the sexiest man I have seen" I want my fans to be be teens and club scene kids not old grandmas, sheehs! This is why I refuse to meet and greet and I say I have a head ache.

Adam and Kris are not both signed with RCA. Adam is RCA, Kris is Jive. Both are managed by 19E.

Since beginning this year, all we talk about is ADAM, ADAM, ADAM. We all can't wait for his CD. And just like you, we will all go to 2012 the first day just to hear the theme song by ADAM.

Are you kidding - I already have it pre-ordered on Amazon.com!! I downloaded all his idol songs from itunes and I also was able to download just the music from all his videos on youtube. I love me some Adam!!!!

hey, i am here to tell you that i am so going to buy his cd the day it comes out. i have been waiting for his album since the beginning of american idol. i saw him in memphis and cant wait to see just him in concert. GO ADAM!!!
The man can "Sang" and yep I'll be lining up to buy his CD, which I hope will be followed by a DVD of him in concert.

Adam Lambert's CD will be stocking stuffers for everyone in my family. I can't wait for it to come out. I really hope he does a music video to the songs as well and hopefully comes out with a DVD of the music videos. That would be huge! Does anyone know if he will also drop a Christmas type CD since he is Jewish I wasn't sure how that works??
You who posted here as Adam are an imposter and should be ashamed of yourself. Just another hater. Adam says that he loves it when older fans tell that he makes them feel young again. We also should not fight over who is better, Adam or Kris. It makes Adam fans look petty. Just keep making your beautiful music and I will be listening, Adam.
Holy cow that Adam Lambert is a very attractive man! I often see him covered up in eye makeup but that poster clearly shows his face and he is really handsome! I tell you if he worked out and got lean with cut biceps and pecs and that whole 6 pack abs like T. Diggs he would be smoking hot! I love his fund raising campaign. Very smart and I like that he is helping out in education! This kid is making major points in my book. Very positive example. Love him, love him, can't wait for his CD.
I don't wish ill will upon Kris. It's not his fault Arkansas fans threw the contest. His CD will do well in Arkansas; Adam's CD will blow away the entire country. There's really no comparison. I am 55, from San Francisco, and living in Bangladesh. A group of us from Bosnia, UK, U.S. were enthralled by Adam on Idol. We'd rush from long days at work (I run a program to combat human trafficking) just to be inspired. Like watching Mick Jagger or the Beatles in their early days. And, yes, he is the sexiest thing - in drag or not - I've seen in years.
I plan on buying 4 copies of Adam Lambert's debut CD! All fans should do the same and buy multiple copies!!!!!!!
Just finished reading an article in Rock Daily that the title for ADAM'S song in the 2012 movie is "Time for Miracles". No DEFINITE info on what type it is ... only SPECULATION. BTW there is a contest for ultimate world idol ... if you want to VOTE for ADAM ... go to Google ... type in ... ultimate world idol ... click on the first site and ... VOTE for ADAM!!!!

I will be buying his album... you can bet on it. I am a 38 year old mom, but WOW.... do I LOVE ADAM!! I feel like a teenager again. His gorgeous voice... his amazing stage presence, his gorgeous looks.... he's got it ALL!! I think we , Adam fans, have had "Adam withdrawal". We need a new show on t.v. called "The Adam Lambert Hour"!!!..... NOTHING but Adam performing for a solid hour every week!!:)

All my sisters are getting Adam's CD from me for Xmas. I can hardly contain the excitement...hopefully the 2012 song will be out in October to help us hang on.
Oh yes, can't wait. I'm 52 and was thrilled to hear him, even the first audition on AI. Finally some real talent, can't wait to watch his career grow, I'll buy all his albums, just like I wish I had done with the Beatles back in the day.
