Actress Gloria Pall who played 'Voluptua' dead at 85

Gloria Pall dubbed the "eyefull Tower" due to her tall and voluptuous body, died on Dec. 30. Her death was only announced today. Pall's vocation after her career tanked was Real Estate agent. After almost being a big star, that must have been a big let down. Gloria's career was still impressive.

Miss Pall was in several films with some of the biggest stars in Hollywood. However, she was almost always 'uncredited.' Her films included:

"Ava" with Dean Martin and Susan.
"Elmer Gantry" with Burt Lancaster, Jean Simmons and Patti Page who passed last week.
"The Brothers Karamamazov" with Yul Brynner, Claire Bloom, Lee J. Cobb, William Shatner and Richard Basehart.
"Jailhouse Rock" with Elvis
"This Could Be the Night" with Jean Simmons, Paul Douglas, Anthony Franciosa, Joan Blondell, J. Carrol Naish and Zasu Pitts.
"The Garment Jungle" with Lee J. Cobb, Gia Scala, Richard Boone and Robert Loggia.
"The Night of the Hunter" with Robert Mitchum, Shelley Winters, Lillian Gish, James Gleason and Peter Graves.
"20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" with Kirk Douglas, James Mason, Paul Lukas and Peter Lorre.
"The French Line with Jane Russell and Gilbert Roland.

Pall also had parts in many TV shows:

"Twilight Zone"

Gloria Pall wasn't actually famous as much as infamous. In the fifties, after the success of "Vampira," a sexy horror show hostess. ABC TV hired Pall to be the late-night hostess of a romance movie show. Her sexy body, along with some sexy innuendo, got her canned after a mere seven weeks.

Pall died of heart failure.
