Actor Ray Fisher signs on as Cyborg in 'Batman vs. Superman'

The Man of Steel sequel is Batman vs. Superman with Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck as the yin-yang of the superhero genre.

However, with Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, fans may be clamoring that bringing the DC Comics "Trinity" together could mean the start of the big-screen formation of the Justice League, Earth's greatest champions against the forces of evil.

Now, one more member is about to added, as Variety reports that Broadway actor Ray Fisher has join the cast of Batman vs. Superman in the role of Victor Stone/Cyborg, who is half-human, half-machine.

The role of Victor/Cyborg was recently played the late Lee Thompson Young in a recurring role on CW's Superman-in-training Smallville, where Oliver Queen/Green Arrow (Justin Hartley) became founder and leader of the League, whose members also included Arthur "A.C." Curry/Aquaman (Alan Ritchson), Dinah Lance/Black Canary (Alaina Huffman), Bart Allen/Impulse (Kyle Gallner), Chloe Sullivan/Watchtower (Allison Mack), and future Man of Steel Clark Kent (Tom Welling).

Batman vs. Superman is set for release on May 6, 2016.
