Wonderful things will surround you as the Academy of the Company Theatre (ACT) proudly announces auditions to the Academy award, Golden Globe, and Grammy award-winning show, 'Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Jr!’ The film adaptation is listed as one of the all-time top animated films of all time.
‘The Little Mermaid Jr’ is based on the Hans Christian Anderson fairy tale of the same name and follows the adventures of sweet Ariel, the mermaid daughter of the mighty king of the sea, King Triton. Accompanied by a crab named Sebastian and lovable Flounder, Ariel gets a glimpse of a world above the sea and longs to take on that great adventure with unforeseen consequences. It is a heartwarming story for the entire family.
Children auditions for 'Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr' will be held on Tuesday, January 8, Thursday, January 10, and Friday, January 11 at The Company Theatre for the Arts, 30 Accord Park Drive in Norwell, Massachusetts from 3:45-6 p.m. Age range for auditioning is seven through thirteen years old.
