Former Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley has not been paying the mortgage on his home in Yorktown, New York for two years, according to a foreclosure filed on February 15 by the U.S. Bank National Association.
The foreclosure lists that Frehley had $703,581.48 plus other expenses outstanding and has asked a court to order the sale of the house. Ace also owes $5,131.61 for town and county taxes as well as $13,425.94 for county, school and town taxes for 2012. It is alleged that he hasn't made a payment since the end of 2011.
Born Paul Frehley in 1951, the "Spaceman" appeared on 10 Kiss studio albums and played with the band at a time when Kiss was one of the most well-known acts in the world. Frehley has written a number of the band's songs including "Cold Gin", "Parasite" and "Shock Me".
