How to apply the pressure
As you begin working with your pressure points the best way to start is by massaging the pressure point area first. Apply the pressure for the amount of time given, and then end the work with the pressure point with massage on the same area. When you work a pressure point on one side of the body, find the pressure point on the opposite side of the body and work it as well.

What are acupressure massage beads
Acupressure beads are pressure balls that are also used to aid the process of finding the meridian pressure points on the ear. On the ear the meridian points can be close together and not as easy to pinpoint or detect and using acupressure beads assures direct pressure and response. Some spas and acupuncture therapy centers offer heated acupressure beads as a regular part of therapy.
The beads are attached to a double sided sticky tape or bandage and can be placed behind the ear to massage as needed. There is such a thing as over doing the massage, and depleting the body of important nutrients, so follow the directions of the healing practitioner.
