Acclaimed web series The Louise Log is still going strong as season 3 progresses

A few months ago it was announced that Shorty Award nominated web series, The Louise Log, successfully raised enough money to continue its auspicious run on youtube. The Anne Flournoy rcreated web-series returned to open arms and has aired 4 webisodes so far in it's third season, with the 5th episode set to be released on May 29th.

For those unfamiliar with The Louise Log, the show is a quirky web-series, that chronicles the day-to-day encounters of Louise, her brazen inner-dialogue, and an eccentric cast of well-crafted characters. Series creator Anne Flournoy was able to bring the show back for a third season by raising $22,000 dollars by a successful campaign via Seed and Spark.

The Louise Log, which has grown to a cult fan favorite attracting the likes of Roger Ebert, features an entertaining cast of characters to support the show's lead Morgan Hallet (Louise). Hallet ably picks up where the previous Louise, Christine Cook, left off while bringing her on-and-off Broadway experience to an already talented cast. Other names to known while watching this web-show are Everett Quinton (Natural Born Killers, Drop Dead Perfect), Drama Desk nominee Joseph Franchini, Jennifer Sklias-Gahan, Jay Patterson, Wayne Maugans and Jayne Haynes.


Simply put, the show's dialogue and occasional ominous sounding tones that accompany some of Louie's dialogue are brilliant. The timing of the humor in this show are delivered by veterans that ably breath life into the characters which Flournoy has created and the show only seems to get better as the web-series progresses.

If new to the show, it isn't too late to get caught up on the show that comedy web-series lovers are excited about. Each episode is around 4-6 minutes in run time and is jam packed with sheer entertainment value; expect to be hooked once you get a whiff of the daily hi-jinx that creator/producer Anne Flournoy has cooked up for each episode. This popular webseries has completed 38 episodes to date, with the 39th set to air on May 29th which can be found on youtube and The Louise Log's website.

As the show continues to make its mark on the web and receive acclaim from the reputable bodies that venerate shows such as The Louise Log, expect to hear more about this amazing show.
