Accessories in the Nude ("AIN") is returning to Dallas for its sixth fashion showcase on August 2, 2014 admist the eager anticipation of long-awaited fans. The three-part annual event sprinkles not only a business seminar and accessory designer competition throughout the year but also exhibits a grand finale showcase that features both emerging and established designers in addition to announcing the official 2014 winner of the Accessory Designer Competition.

Fashion industry insiders and style enthusiasts in Dallas will gravitate to The Avenue to see the eclectic mix of fashion, accessories and art as presented and produced by fashion show extraordinaire Willie Johnson and by popular Dallas fashion designers, CHARLES SMITH II, Elvira Diaz, Meg Morgan, Levenity, Melancolic and Phantasie to name a few. Also showcased will be Adonai Image, Black Kaviar, Midpoint Eclectic, Tiki Glam and Persona Custom Clothiers who are all bringing their creative expertise and designs to make the show nothing more than an exceptionally pleasing aesthetic.

During the evening, the 2014 AIN Accessory Design winner will be announced and chosen from an impeccable list of talented contestants: Noella Kalambay, Terri Datcher, Emme Hathcock, Jacque Martin, Megan Brigham, Allee Long, Thais Mills, Kanupriya Pande and Brooke Reynolds.

The ticketed event although slated to celebrate the birthday of its creator Meko Krout-King will also set aside proceeds to benefit and support 40-year-old cancer patient and nurse, Tatyneshia "Tona" Collins--a woman who discovered the existence of her stage 3 pancreatic cancer condition as of recent. With tickets ranging from $35 - $50, attendees are guaranteed to get their money's worth at this exciting and eye-opening exhibit of local talent.

Guests are invited to come dressed in their most stylish attire--and as the AIN saying goes, "If you aren't wearing the right accessories, then you might as well be nude."
