Accentuate the positive and smile

Thursday, April 16, 2014: Frustrations could pop up this morning, and you may not even be sure what's annoying you. Make sure you don't misdirect those frustrations. Instead, just consider them to be like a fly buzzing around your head. Give it a swat, smile, move on and accentuate the positive.

You're getting a breather. So release any remaining tension from yesterday's Eclipse and embrace the more jovial, loving and generous spirit of the day. Enjoy the temporary respite and have a fabulous day. Relax, forgive, feel better about yourself and honor the urge to feel OK for the next couple of days.

One caution... If you feel the urge to treat yourself.... keep your money in your pocket... or in the bank. The sky is being a bit manic depressive these days, making it important that you guard against quiet obsessions, going to extremes and the need to have "more right now".

Instead, spend the day appreciating and enjoying the things you already have. And... If you feel the need to create more abundance in you life and are short on ideas, linked below is a wonderful list of suggestions that will cost you nothing, but if taken to heart and practiced can do just that.
