Texas metal mavens are abuzz with the news that Dallas' own occult metal overlords Absu will make their first-ever Houston appearance at Destroying Texas Fest 7 on Saturday, November 3. The Destroying Texas series has proven to be a durable one-day event that has previously featured notables like Desaster, Archgoat, and Order From Chaos.

This year's lineup also has plenty to boast, with black metal duo Inquisition, along with the return of Houston's Bahimiron, Columbia's Thy Antichrist, and the ever-popular Blaspherian. It's going to be a maelstrom of patch-vests, bootleg black metal shirts, and evil music aplenty. What's not to like?

The lineup:

  • Absu
  • Inquisition
  • Thy Antichrist
  • Bahimiron
  • Hellgoat
  • Blaspherian
  • Nodens
  • HRA
