Above average Mexican seafood at El Pescador

Mexican eateries abound in the Los Angeles area, and picking a restaurant becomes less of an issue of quality as one of ambience and price. El Pescador (5230 No. Figueroa in Highland Park) is delicious, and good enough to not require a website but still boast hoards of regulars (many of which are truly Mexican—always a good sign). The emphasis is on seafood, and specials abound. On the night in question, fish tacos and seafood enchiladas were the specials: both delicious.
