This is the first year that About.com has created a gluten-free category for their Reader's Choice Awards. This is your chance to give your opinion on your favorite gluten-free: bread, bread mix, frozen pizza, pasta, cookies, and restaurant chain.
From now until February 15th, you can nominate your favorite gluten-free product/restaurant. What is truly unique about these awards is that you are not picking from a predetermined list of companies, rather, you are writing in your candidate and providing comments to support your choice.
Once the 15th hits then the top five finalists will be chosen and posted on February 22nd. You'll have until March 21st to vote for the winner in each category. The final winners will be announced on Friday, March 30th.
Each category winner gets to display the About.com 2012 Readers' Choice Awards badge on their websites and promotional materials.
