Child sex trafficking abolitionists demand justice in the case of Emile Mooser for downloading lewd child porn. Child sex trafficking abolitionists believe that no matter who you are, celebrity or not, old or not, if you download child porn, you deserve the maximum sentencing possible. Emile Mooser, 76, the famed award winning Swiss chef had a restaurant in San Jose, California named after him, until it was sold in 2007 to the new and current owners, who are now suing Mooser for damages after his arrest on felony child porn charges.
Federal authorities say, he had spent around $400 through Paypal buying child porn from websites like 1,001 Desired Angels from 2006-2007. He also had a CD of 316 child porn images of young girls who all appear to be under the age of 12 with graphic gentilia exposed, that was found in a search of his home in January 2009, according to documents filed by the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Child sex trafficking abolitionists say collectively through an online petition on change.org circulating on facebook and twitter, "Emile Mooser deserves jail time for downloading child porn. Child porn is the depiction of children being sexually abused, tortured, and raped. If we as a society let a person off with a slap on the wrist, How are we going to let them know we are serious about keeping our children safe? We have to demand justice when the evidence is clear and in this case it is."
"Emile is looking at three years in prison and we want him to serve every last minute of it. How dare he abuse children by purchasing their pain and abuse," Passionately Says abolitionist Pam Michell who runs Fashion Hope. "I don't care if he is old, If you abuse children in this capacity, you deserve to go to jail! The law is the law!"
The human trafficking community that fights for the rights of children and freedom is passionate about what they do. This is a clear case of the community standing up for what is right.
"We will not tolerate people abusing children in our society and them getting away with it. Probation is way too lenient, he deserves to go to jail." A close family source says. " I am afraid to say my name because I am afraid he may harm me."
Another family member revealed that he had a step daughter from another country whom had suddenly left after she accused Emile of questionable behavior. This child was set to be adopted and had been sexually abused. When the child was 14, she suddenly was sent back home with no explanations to family other than he was done with her. This was explained in a series of text massages to the San Jose crime examiner.
Emile also has questionable ties in Cambodia where children are often the subject of sexual abuse by pedophiles in other countries. Sex tourism is notorious and documented in Cambodia while children are often bought and sold like cattle to wealthy tourists from other countries such as America. Emile has ties with an orphanage there, and the questions among extended family members have raised eyebrows.
A long time friend and Los Gatos business woman who works with a humanitarian agency that helps women and refuges in other countries, Janet Dieshall, says Mooser was dedicated to raising money for the Cambodian orphanage after visiting on a trip together in 2008.
The two had met previously twenty years prior, and had went on a trip together to visit the orphanage where she says, they were very impressed with the director, and they both decided to help out. The visit lasted several hours but she doesn't believe there was any inappropriate contact between the children and Mooser.
Regardless of all of this, Emile has pleaded no contest to felony porn charges. He is scheduled to appear in court in April 22nd but is trying to get an extension for heart surgery. His lawyer, Sam Polverino, likes to always say, "Mr. Mooser has an excellent reputation in this community and has contributed in many ways."
The Child sex trafficking abolitionist community thinks not. They think he is nothing but a low life child molester who pays to see children abused. After all, they believe child porn is the evidence of child sexual abuse, and for one to purchase such distasteful content, is also paying to have children abused.

They say he needs the maximum sentence of three years, to send the strong but non nonsense message, that no matter who you are, you will not get away with abusing children in the United States Of America, even if it is in cyber space.
