The Hindi movie "Anybody Can Dance - ABCD" directed by Remo D'Souza was released worldwide on Feb. 8, 2013.
The movie had a good start at single screens across India and fared better at the box-office than the other release "Special 26". Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions were also released simultaneously.
"ABCD" stars Prabhudeva and choreographer Ganesh Acharya. Choreographers Saroj khan and Terence Lewis appear in a special appearance in the movie.
"ABCD", India's first 3D dance movie stars Prabhudeva in main role with Kay Kay Menon and the participants of dance reality show 'Dance India Dance' Salman Yusuf Khan, Vrushali, Mayuresh, Dharmesh and Prince making their Bollywood debut.
Salman Yusuf Khan appeared earlier in a special song along with Bollywood actor Salman Khan in the movie "Wanted". He even choreographed participants Isha Sherwani and Yana Gupta in the reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa".
The movie was produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur and distributed by UTV Motion Pictures. The music is by Sachin Jigar.
The movie is made on a budget of Rs 25 crores and has a running time of 210 minutes. Film critic Taran Adarsh of Bollywood Hungama rated the movie 3 out of 5 stars.
