Viewers of ABC's “The Bachelor 2013” are counting down to the finale featuring Sean Lowe that airs Monday night. On March 5 ABC released teasers for the finale with some new “The Bachelor” spoiler tidbits. What can fans expect in the three-hour finale?
In many respects, “The Bachelor 2013” finale should follow the traditional formula. Sean Lowe will have both Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter meet his family, and he will have two final dates. Everybody will be emotional, and Lowe is said to propose to his final choice. However, ABC does tease a few “The Bachelor” spoilers about how the finale will progress.
Catherine Giudici will meet Sean Lowe's family first, and she wins everybody over during her time with them. ABC teases that she will have a “touching heart-to-heart” with Sean's mom about being ready for marriage, and she has an emotional chat with Lowe's dad that leaves both in tears.
Lindsay Yenter's family meeting comes second, and she's got a big challenge ahead of her. However, ABC teases that she “steals the family's hearts with her adorable disposition” and they end up loving her too. Sean Lowe feels he's in love with both women, and his mother thinks he should hold off on a proposal if that is the case.
For their final dates, Sean and Catherine go on an elephant ride while Sean and Lindsay raft down a river. Both ladies will lay it all on the line with Sean, and he clearly has a difficult decision to make. Then, of course, there is the letter. Chris Harrison hands a letter written by one of the ladies to Sean as he stands at the final rose ceremony. Will it change anything?
Sean Lowe, Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter will all be at the live “After the Final Rose” special that airs Monday night after the finale. Was there an engagement? Is the couple still together? What does the future hold for each of them?
