ABC takes on FOX with their new Celebrity Diving Show: SPLASH

Celebrities take chances with their careers every time they take on a new role even stepping outside of their comfort zone to take on new challenges. It seems as if reality TV stars and not so A list stars are always game for the ridiculous and out of the ordinary game show or project to keep their face and name in the public eye.

Fox took a chance with a show that clearly proved this point “Stars in Danger The High Dive” was a mishmash of the sports world and reality TV stars coming together to compete in diving challenges.

As if that show was not enough, ABC is ready to challenge Fox with their version of a reality diving competition show titled “SPLASH”. ABC has just released the cast lineup, according to E! online it will be a mix of a comedian Louie Anderson, reality TV star Kendra Wilkinson, former Cosby kid Keshia Knight Pulliam and a beauty queen Katherine Webb former Miss Alabama just to name a few.

Greg Louganis who won 4 gold medals at two different Olympic Games will be coaching the cast of the show in diving skills and techniques.

Splash is due to air on ABC starting March 19th on Tuesday nights.
