If you love Christmas and competitions, then there is a reality show coming on that you'll want to mark on down on your calendar this December. ABC has a new reality program, “Lights, Camera, Christmas!”
The producers have chosen 16 families from across the United States. The cameras will roll as these families decorate their homes for Christmas with what may be millions of Christmas lights. The prize for the prettiest display is $50,000.
Each week, the camera will capture four families as they turn their ordinary looking homes into a Christmas wonderland. They have 21 days to complete this transformation. At the end of that time, all but four families will be eliminated.
The four finalists will travel to a secret location for the last stages of the competition. At the end, only one family will win and receive the $50,000 grand prize.
"Light's Camera Christmas!” should be electrifying to watch. Executive producers, Brady Connell, Max Swedlow, Thom Beers, and Jennifer Mullin always provide shows that entertain.
Are you thinking of the National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation? How much of their prize money will go toward their electric bill do you suppose?
