Rumors have been circulating about when the “Pretty Little Liars” series would end. While fans have been speculating that Season 5 would be the beginning of the end, it turns out that they are wrong. According to a June 10 report from Variety, “Pretty Little Liars” has been renewed for two more seasons. Season 6 will begin during the summer of 2015 and Season 7 will begin during the summer of 2016. Marlene King has been coy about when the series will end, which is now thought to be at the end of Season 7.

The idea that the show has been renewed for two more seasons at once is welcoming to die-hard fans. There will be plenty more mystery to come, which will only lead to more questions. Right now the show is in the height of the “A” drama, and Ali is back full-time. With everything anticipated for Season 5, fans are excited to see what the next two seasons will hold as well.

The actors of “Pretty Little Liars” are even excited about the double season renewal. Janel Parrish who plays Mona on the hit drama tweeted about getting renewed for Season 6 and 7. While Mona isn't at the forefront of the show, fans love her. There are still plenty of questions about how she fits into the “A-team” and what her motives were when she “helped” Ali hide from “A.”

Season 5 of “Pretty Little Liars” begins airing tonight on ABC Family. The biggest reveal for the summer premiere will be naming the person responsible for killing Detective Wilden. Marlene King has also mentioned a possible “Paily” (Paige and Emily) reunion later in the season along with an episode set in Ravenswood. It looks like there are plenty of reasons to tune into Season 5 of “Pretty Little Liars” tonight!
