ABC confirms they are pulling 'Zero Hour' (Video)

"Zero Hour" is cancelled according to Entertainment Weekly on March 1. The ABC series is about a global conspiracy which includes Nazi's, clocks and a clone kidnapping. It stars Anthony Edwards and brought in 5 million viewers with a 1.0 rating among those between the ages of 18 and 49.

Repeats of "Shark Tank" will air in its place until "Wife Swap" returns on March 21. "Zero Hour" does have remaining episodes and it is being hinted that they will be aired sometime during the summer.

The show was an interesting idea that gathered a lot of interest, but it seemed to go around and around the same issues. Television viewers have short attention spans and things need to progress rather quickly.

"Zero Hour" was cancelled because the show did not do well according to some viewers. Ry Jay wrote on Entertainment Weekly in the comments section that while it was nice to see Anthony Edwards on television again, it seemed that the episodes were the product of last-minute brainstorming sessions.

Another comment left by a viewer said that the show had very bad acting while others were saddened to see the show exit the air so quickly, before it even had a chance to draw fans in.

Did you watch "Zero Hour?" What are your thoughts on the show? Do you think Anthony Edwards and the other cast members acted badly? Were you relieved or disappointed when you found out "Zero Hour" was cancelled?
