A workout that breaks through the boredom

It is a common saying that motivation is what gets your started and habit is what keeps you going. Exercise is usually the first item to fall off the list when schedules and stress get in the way. Don't let a time constraint drive away your motivation and good habits. Use the workout below to keep on top of your fitness game in and out of the gym.

The "Gimme 15" Workout

Begin with a five minute warm-up consisting of a brisk walk or slow jog. Perform the exercises below in order, one after another, with minimal rest in between each exercise. Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes or whatever time you have! Email 2CW-HI Fitness for more information!

  • 15 push-ups
  • 30-second straight-arm plank
  • 15 bicep curls
  • 30-second plank with leg lifts
  • 15 bench dips
  • 30-second left-side plank
  • 15 lateral raises
  • 30-second right side plank
  • 15 tricep kickbacks
  • 30-second suicide / hustler plank push-ups
