A whole lot of magic for the Old Bridge, N.J. VFW children at Christmas

In Old Bridge, N.J., the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #7508 had the pleasure of hosting the Post and Ladies’ Auxiliary Christmas party this past Sunday, on a snowy afternoon. With several members of the Men’s and Women’s Auxiliary in attendance with their children and grandchildren, the afternoon of festivities was even graced by a visit from Santa Claus himself who arrived via a fire truck while his sleigh was being serviced. Along with Santa, were the brave firemen who accompanied him.

As the children squealed with delight, Santa was happy to distribute presents that the Post #7508 graciously provided. In previous years, a clown came to visit and do face painting, but because the clown was not able to make it this year; the auxiliary magically provided the services of one awesome gentleman. Keith Frye made the trip from South Jersey to provide entertainment for old and young alike.

Keith Frye’s business card states that he is a Reasonable Priced Magician. With his website address here, Keith must be one of the most patient and sweetest men in his field. As the group of giddy children, who usually run around the hall sat like little soldiers, he called several of them up to help with his magic tricks. He had 100% of the attention of all children and adults in attendance as they oohed and aahed at the amazing performance.

On behalf of the members of Post #7508, a very big thank you to the brave firemen who accompanied Santa Claus on his visit and to Keith Frye for his performance, and please don’t forget the Veterans at holiday time.
