A Wet Weekend Continues With A Soaking Sunday

What a dreary day, but at least it wasn't snow! We reached a high of 55 at 5am while we spent most of the day in the middle and upper 40s thanks to the rain. Officially at Philly International as of the 5:30pm climatology report about 3/4 of an inch of rain has fallen, but most of the region has seen closer to an inch(if not more; Southern NJ and Delaware were around 1.50").

Overnight rain shall continue with lows in the upper 40s to around 50 as there may be another inch of rain through the early morning. Sunday itself will be composed of steady heavy rains with highs in the middle and upper 50s and possibly another inch of rain! When this is all said and done I believe that the entire region will have seen 2-3" of total rain.

Monday's our transition day as the low pulls away and high pressure moves in; it will be a clouds to sun type of afternoon with highs in the middle 50s, but Tuesday and Wednesday it will be gorgeous with highs in the lower 60s!

We'll cloud up again come Thursday with a warm front pushing northward and then a cold front overnight into Friday(that will stall on top of the region until Saturday). Highs on Thursday will make a run toward the middle 60s while Friday and Saturday will be overcast with some rain as highs will be around 60.
