A Wedding fit for a King and Queen

The writer has often stated that in order to stay fit, a person needs to make a commitment to eat healthier and to exercise on a regular basis. When a person decides that they want to get fit and healthy, this process is a long term or lifetime commitment like a marriage between two people. Just like it wouldn’t be ideal to divorce someone after a month, it would also not be good to stop exercising after a short time frame. Speaking of marriage and lifetime commitment, the writer just recently came across an article online about a couple that is so committed to fitness that they are going to run a 5k race instead of having a traditional reception after their marriage ceremony. In fact the marriage ceremony was going to take place at the very health club that they met at. Now the writer knows that this is something that is unusual for a couple to take their belief in fitness to such a high level, most people are not going to follow their lead. But the key here is they made the lifetime commitment to fitness and their life together will be greatly improved. To anyone that is really interested in being fit, there is only one way to do this, and that is with a commitment to eating the proper foods and exercising on a daily basis.
