For the third year CNXradio.com has offered a free service to the community to record messages thanking our deployed troops for serving our country. The recording sessions in Cromwell were organized by Mertie Terry Cromwell's registrar of voters. Both her brother and husband have served in the military.
The messages that people are sending will be continuously broadcasted during the holidays on CNX . The station is accessed globally and the greetings will reach many U.S. soldiers throughout the world.
Another recording sessions will be held at Cromwell Town Hall on Monday Nov. 30, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. There will also be sessions in Middletown's Elks Club 771 on Maynard Street, Dec. 3 and Dec. 10, from 5 to 8 p.m., and Dec. 13 from 7 to 11 a.m.
Call 860-635-6018 or 860-490-5647 for more information or visit CNXradio.com.
