The Diocese of Norwich partners for Haiti is a very safe way to help those in Haiti by donating money to this organization which is very involved in Port-au-Prince.

In keeping with their mission of 'Helping Haitians help Haitians,' they collaborate with Haitian individuals and organizations assisting those in most need. Financially support two orphanages, a meal program for children, a medical clinic, and medical missions.

Also, they started and administer a scholarship program in which 150 children and young adults receive full tuitions to attend schools, some of them primary and secondary schools, others technical institutions and universities. Also work with an agronomist who helps in reforestation projects and provides environmental education in schools.

They have a new matching challenge grant of $25,000 by two anonymous donors. For every dollar you give, these donors promise to match that amount, dollar for dollar. Money can be dropped off at Catholic Parish's.
