A therapy dog’s first visit Made a Difference in Las Vegas today

Today is National Make a Difference Day, a day when volunteers are asked to contribute their time and efforts across the nation.

What a perfect day for Crush to begin his therapy dog career.

Crush is a Golden Retriever. Crush is a Complex level Delta Pet Partner therapy team with his owner.  Crush made his debut on Make a Difference Day and he did indeed.

Crush is such a natural that his first visit was with three other team members and their dogs – all working together as one.

All four dogs went through the rather large facility greeting every client and spending special time with some favorites. Crush was welcomed beautifully and everyone was especially excited to see a new dog. This particular facility currently has seven Delta Pet Partners visiting three days a week, but every new dog is an opportunity to expand the experience for the clients.

Crush has a long career ahead of him working in a variety of settings and with a broad range of populations. He is one dog that can do it all!
