A Taste of Spring comes to Randolph, Mass.

On Friday, March 9, 2012, Saint Jerome School will be hosting its spring fundraising event called "A Taste of Spring," at Lantana in Randolph.  This year, more than 20 restaurants will be in attendance offering specialty food “tastings” along with silent auction items.

Complementing the restaurant tastings, there will also be dancing, live and silent auctions and a tribute to Monsignor Peter Martocchio, a highly regarded and well-known priest for over 50 years.

Monsignor Peter has served as pastor in several local Massachusetts parishes over the years, including Quincy, Weymouth, Brockton and Chelmsford.  Henow resides at St. Jerome Parish and helps with daily ministry.  Proceeds raised from the night's event are designated for the purchase of new windows in the school's tower.

This year’s participants will receive several benefits in exchange for involvement with this event, including inclusion in publicity materials that will be distributed to local and regional media outlets, as well as local cable stations and placement of your restaurant's name or logo on the Taste of Spring page on our school web site.
