It never made the headlines here in the US a month ago or so when it was first streamed. After all, why should it? We are very busy right now in Afghanistan/Pakistan trying to make a deal with the Taliban so we can exit the quagmire we've created there.
It is laughable, or perhaps sad, to think that Americans really believe we are there to democratize their societies. The video was the first ever to record a stoning, and you can see it here, because it cannot be embedded. Memri TV picks up a lot of video footage unavailable in the West, has it translated, and upload it to their website. They also have a YouTube Channel, in case you are feeling curious after seeing this one.
The footage is exclusive to a Dubai channel called Al Aan TV. Though no cameras are visible, someone in the crowd recorded the incident via cell phone camera. The woman speaking clearly stated that the Pakistani Taliban, who are performing this execution, are in the Upper Orakzai in Northwest Pakistan where they have established their "emirate". What does this mean?
Does it say that the Pakistani Taliban is part of the fabric of society in that country? Does it mean that they can dole out punishment as they see fit? According to another video related to the same matter, Pakistani cleric Sahibzada Fazl Karim, a member of Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan (JUP), appeared on the show to answer some of these questions. He stated that the Taliban are not permitted to dole out this type of punishment, as Shariah law cannot be doled out by "ordinary people". To quote his response:
"We do not agree with Taliban, or any other groups or individuals who issue such religious judgments; this can only be decided by qualified people after the suspect undergoes legal religious trials with legal witnesses."
Thus, if administered by the right "qualified" people, the stoning or execution is acceptable.
I don't think there exists the right amount of "bags of money", from the US, or Iran for that matter, that can stop such practices by the Taliban. President Hamid Karzai knows this, and has known it for a long time. He knows that if he doesn't reconcile with the Taliban, Afghanistan will be in conflict for many years to come. We can also see why it is impossible to think of peace in Afghanistan without Pakistan.
I was able to find a portion of the footage which was on the Memri clip on YouTube. It does not show the entire stoning, but you can catch the final part of the stoning as the woman's body is shaking. Primitive, barbaric and disgusting. But the video must be seen. We cannot win in Afghanistan/Pakistan.

It has already invaded and occupied Afghanistan, a part of traditional India and will expand its occupation to the rest of the subcontinent.

Russia and other white countries are U.S. allies. These are the enemies to destroy. All other enemies will be taken care of automatically.
Conventional arms are worthless for destroying the United Sates. Nuclear arms to destroy the United States with a FIRST STRIKE -- this is the key -- are cheap and easy to produce with technology India already has. Prepositioning by its special forces a couple of nuclear bombs in Washington and New York and letting the world know we have done so will give India freedom to test thermonuclear weapons designs, ICBMs, etc., as much as it wants, though India already has this freedom but for the nigger-slaves. Alternatively, twenty kiloton bombs can be prepositioned in the largest U.S. cities and then Washington and New York destroyed with the warning that additional U.S. cities will be destroyed if there is any retaliation. The nuclear destruction of New Delhi -- without waiting -- is all that is needed to make India win.
