What's for dinner tonight? If you've reserved a spot to attend the Summer Harvest Dinner at Oyler's Organic Farm, you already know the answer. Fresh local ingredients can always be found here, and tonight's dinner is no exception.
Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. and will be served outdoors, in all-you-can-eat buffet style. The menu will include tomato basil and garden harvest soup, homemade breads, local cheeses, a variety of summer casseroles and wallaby meatballs from grass-fed beef and served in tomato sauce. Dessert will include peach cobbler, a spelt pound cake with a peach glaze and various assorted cookies. All ingredients come directly from the farm to the table and are prepared onsite in an inspected farm kitchen.
