A sunny, near average weekend for the Clarksville area

A relatively dry pattern is set for the Clarksville area this weekend as mostly sunny skies are expected. Temperatures will begin to moderate as well as highs will be in the upper forties today, and in the middle fifties Saturday. The sunny weather will last into the beginning of the upcoming workweek, but a different air mass will be in place over the area. An arctic blast is expected to come through the region dropping high temperatures into the twenties for highs Monday and Tuesday, with overnight lows Monday possibly reaching the single digits.
