I have a little project for all you fair minded Americans, to include Catholics who claim to adhere to the fullness of truth. Take some time each day for, say, two weeks, and read the U.S. Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights. For those more ambitious, delve into the philosophy of the founding fathers. Then research the daily revelations of what is included in President Obama's 'healthcare bill' to include all of his power grabs of city and state utilities, and the indoctrination of our youth in federally funded 'job' programs--all through executive orders (despotic fiats).
I guarantee what you will find is an imbalance of intent!

On the side of the founding fathers you will find the built in protection of 'unalienable rights' such as 'life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness' described in the Declaration of Independence, and protected by a Constitution and a Bill of Rights intended for a Republic which respects the individual freedom of individuals who follow laws which point toward unchanging natural law. The founders understood governing as representing the will of the people, and the will of the people as 'liberty and justice for all.' Though representatives were to be 'democratically' elected, the Constitution, based on unchanging natural law, and God-given unalienable rights, were never intended to be intruded upon, or changed (perverted) by a giant government that took its cue from a purely licentious democracy run amok. Majority cannot usurp Truth!

On the side of President Obama, and his liberal judges and lawyers, you will find relativistic semantic-ticians, word guru's, who dance around, misinterpret, ignore, and try to change the interpretation of the Constitution, counting on our societies drunken orgy/ love affair with the popular culture, dumming us down to the intent of our founding fathers in favor of a socialist, secularist, culture of death. Big government, ever growing, like a runaway train, is brainwashing our culture in meaningless 'reality TV' trivia and electronics, forming the democratically expressed will of tyrannical despots in 'death, enslavement, and the entitlement for happiness.'
