Hi from Rinnah! So I have been told I am the featured cat for July! I was featured last year, but I did not get adopted, so they are hoping the second time around will bring me luck! Everyone at the shelter really wants to see me find a nice home. And I have to agree: I would love a new home! I love all the staff and volunteers at the shelter, but I would be so much happier if I had my very own special person. All my cat friends say I can’t find a home if I stay curled up in a ball on adoption days. They said I need to work it like they do. Well, I am not a forward kitty. I like to hang back and wait for someone to come and talk to me. And let me tell ya, once we start talking, I have a lot to say!!
I was adopted as a kitten with one of my siblings, but my home did not work out, so they returned me. I have been at Good Mews awhile, just waiting for that second chance. I really am a nice cat, so if you come by the shelter, be sure to seek me out. Maybe we will hit it off and you will want to take me home. I promise, we will quickly become best friends! Oh yea, and the featured cat has a reduced adoption fee of 50%!
Rinnah is a four-year old female domestic short hair dark brown tabby kitty and is available for adoption. The following is some additional information about Rinnah from the Good Mews website:
Rinnah came to Good Mews when she was just a little kitten. She was born under someone’s front porch and she and her siblings went into foster care until they were ready for adoption. She was quickly adopted, but it just didn’t work out with her family, so she was returned to Good Mews. Rinnah was a little upset upon her return, but she is starting to feel better and she is enjoying the company and attention from all the volunteers. She is a very affectionate kitty that loves her chin scratched. She is also a vocal little girl and likes to let you know when she wants your attention. Rinnah is a fun kitty and will keep you entertained with her playful antics. She would love to have her own special home, so please come meet her!
