The world's oldest profession just wants a little respect. A case has been heard at the Supreme Court, part of a push to dump the laws surrounding prostitution in Canada. I say the laws surrounding prostitution because in Canada, prostitution is legal, it's everything else around that is illegal.
In an article published at Mercatornet, by my wife no less, she makes the argument that Canada's laws in this area are messed up and change is needed. Does she advocate embracing or banning the ladies of the night?

I thought prostitution was illegal in Canada; so I've learned something. Why doesn't the government post a list of illegal professions on a government website, so we know these things?
