The Marshes Golf Club’s staff will be seeing players in September with go-low partnership savings and exciting events.
Beginning today, the upscale course is offering VIP Golf Partnerships for 2014 that include the bonus of booking games for the rest of 2013 in the deal.
New partners will have no initiation fees or minimum purchase totals for food and beverages to factor in when they join up. The focus is to be squarely on playing golf at one of the region’s top courses.
Partners also receive access to Marchwood, The Marshes Golf Club’s European-designed nine-hole par-three sister course, a power cart for each game and tune-up time at the full-service practice facility.
Later in the month on Sept. 11, The Marshes will host the Keltic Cup tournament in support of the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation.
Eight teams of 12 players each are invited to register for the Ryder Cup style event that will use the Stableford scoring system.
On Sept. 29, the annual Demo and Rental Sale is set to be held at the track’s Practice Facility and Learning Centre.
The track’s popular Thirsty Thursdays entertainment evenings will continue in September with a Nine and Dine Experience.
Players can shoot nine holes with a power cart, gain access to the practice area, kick back in the Ironstone Grill and order from the Back9 menu while listening to the music and entertainment of the dueling pianos trio.
The Marshes Golf Club is a par-72 layout that plays 7,027 yards from the back tees and 5,274 yards from the fronts. Marchwood measures 1,252 yards in length.
