I am not against Climate Change Control. I believe internationally binding mandatory legislative Carbon Control Cuts will not work. I do believe Regional multi-state, multi-province Carbon Control Cut agreements will work in the near to mid-term until the International community can agree to binding and enforceable Carbon Control Cuts. When the binding international agreements covering the world economy will occur is decades away.
Yet, we can begin to control the biggest sectors of the economy as the European Union the United States, China, India, Brazil, South Africa and Indonesia are already actively in the process of performing on a voluntary regional basis or through Executive Policy.
It is no secret that Conservative elements through out the world’s largest Carbon Polluters revile and repulse International monitoring of their local and regional efforts to control Carbon pollution. China and the United States both detest the United Nations attempts to intercede in their domestic politics and economies. This presents a united front from Developed and Emerging Nations against central world control of the United Nations. Both China and the United Sates agree that each should fund their own future, both in terms of economic development and pollution control, including Carbon Cuts
The poor nations plead for money from the wealthy countries like the Big 7 Carbon Polluters, China, the United States, India, Brazil, Europe, South Africa and Indonesia. The Big 7 say no: pay your own way. Without our technology, manufacturing and intellectual and labor strength you would never have modern municipal services. The Big 7 all agree on this: pay your way forward Developing Nations. The colonial repression days of the history books are just that, history. The poor and Emerging Nations of the world must find a way to each pay for their own development, municipal services, human and civil rights and pollution control.
This may seem rather harsh to poor person in a poor country, but it is fact. Many people in the Developed World suffer just as much if not more than an equal number in the Developing World. True enough, the Developed and Emerging Nations should help the Developing Nations toward greater modern amenities, but these nations of design and labor prowess must be compensated for their unique skills by the poor Developing Nations like Afghanistan, Pakistan Iraq, Iran and other Terrorist States, like North Korea and the once formidable Libya and Cuba.
War is not the answer. Politics has blinded our centuries of mating, family ties and cultural mixing. We must move beyond the politics of Capitalist, Communist and Socialist to develop the world and provide basic modern amenities and civility while controlling Carbon and indeed all environmental pollution while growing the economy, laying down arms and joining the community of Nations in modernity and civility.
