Pasture Raised Beef
Burgers are comfort food extraordinaire. Tasteless burgers leave a bad taste in your mouth. Two ingredients make the best tasting burgers; good meat and just the right seasonings. This recipe for pretty darn good burgers fit the bill for a simple and satisfying meal.
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 tsp Aussie Outback Rub
- 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
In a large bowl, mix together the beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, Aussie Outback Rub and Herbs de Provence. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Preheat grill for high heat. Form burgers into 1/2 inch thick patties. Lightly oil grate. Place burgers on grill. Cook for approximately 6 minutes, turning once.
