The excitement is brewing and I cannot wait for this year’s 2013 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. The festival is being held this year from March 6 through May 19 throughout Epcot. During the festival you can see all of the blooming creations designed by Disney’s landscaping team and have a chance to learn how to make your garden grow from local, national and celerity gardeners.
Disney is adding 12 new marketplace kiosks to the festival this year. The additional kiosks will be offering guest food and drink selection throughout the World Showcase promenade. The Garden Marketplace Culinary Creations will be serving smokehouse barbecue, shrimp, and “frushi.” While the Garden Marketplace Refreshing Libations will include Hot Sun Tomato Wine (Florida Orange Groves Winery), Dole Whips with Spiced Rum and other non-alcoholic drinks.
