NIGHT LIGHTS at the Gardens - Wednesdays through Saturdays, January 30th and 31st, February 1st and 2nd, February 6th through 9th and February 13th through 16th at the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, 2655 South Park Ave. in Buffalo. The Gardens come alive at night with this exhibit of theatrical and interactive lighting displays. Hours are 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays and 6 to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Sweet Charity – Thursday, February 7th from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Asbury Hall (a/k/a The Church at Babeville), 341 Delaware Ave. in Buffalo. The fundraiser for the Food Bank of WNY features area restaurants and wineries. Ticket are $50 and available at sweetcharityevent.com.
WNY Home and Garden Show – Thursday through Sunday, February 7th through 10th at the Hamburg Fairgrounds. Get ideas for upcoming home and garden projects, visit with vendors and companies and visit the Wien and Food Garden. Hours are Thursday and Friday from 2 to 8 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 1 a.m. to 5 p.m.; admission is $7 for adults and free for children under 10.
