Potatoes are loaded with array of vitamins and minerals.
They have a substantial amount of potassium in each potato.
Red potatoes offer less starch verses the other potato.
Potatoes can be added as any side dish to meals to help balance out the important components that is required in eating.
The potato can give a natural less processed French fry by slicing in the angle of the longest length, boiled to help remove some starch and to cook the potato. Then can be seasoned lightly drizzled with a bit of olive oil. Oftentimes, are baked but can be grilled or broiled to brown. When broiling they have to be watched ever so often not wanting to over brown. Then prepare with dressing that is preferred from ketchup to what is desired.
The grilling opportunity is available outdoors with the weather temperature being comfortable not to hot, wet or dusty in El Paso.
