It is easy to forget that plants are living, breathing, eating organisms which require a great deal of attention and energy. Sadly, this seemingly harmless disconnect causes us to neglect our beloved plants -- often to the point of no return.
So, we have two options to remedy this problem. We could either (a) form a practice of seeing the “oneness” in everything in which case the plant is a true extension of ourselves or (b) we can get a breathing pot.
Put your credit card away -- this is just a prototype. However, the design concept is as such that the pot expands and contracts simulating breathing. If the breathing stops, you better give that plant some water and place it in the sunlight.
