The farm is located in Palm Beach county so if you're in the area this might be a unique experience, it's actually very closely located to the Lion Country Safari. The Good Earth Farm is family owned and not for profit, it's a sanctuary where they save animals, a petting zoo, pony rides for children, hay rides, cafe, and home of Chocolate Chip Animal Rescue.
You will find a pony that has become a surrogate mom to a baby lamb, a talking bird that immediately greets you with a hello, mini cow, donkey, zebra and others.
Information written on their flyer Web. includes that: they rescue large farm animals and rehabilitate them, they offer classes, horse camp, field trips, pet psychic, reiki master, volunteering, animal assisted therapy with children, birthdays, weddings and more.
Schedule: Sundays 10am-3pm Sept to April
Prices: $15 children 3 months to 90 pounds which includes pony ride and unlimited hayrides. $12 for all others.
Free parking in front of barn.
Requirements: Must wear closed shoes, no flip flops/sandals for your own safety.
Caution: Do not touch the animals on the butt or face as they will try to bite.
