A Peachtree City student tries to sell marijuana brownies at school

A Metro Atlanta high school student is arrested after trying to sell marijuana-laced brownies to his school-mates.

18-year-old Blake W. Kessler was arrested Tuesday and taken to the Fayette County Jail after it was discovered that he allegedly tried to make cash transactions by selling the marijuana-laced brownies through text messages.

According to Peachtree City Police, the McIntosh High School student was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug-related objects.

According to the AJC, Peachtree City Police arrested Kessler with the brownies in his possession which had been cut into individual slices.

Police also say Kessler had what appeared to be a used prescription bottle with “a metal device inserted as a marijuana grinder/smoking device that also contained suspected marijuana.”
