A night out is always a good thing. It allows people to come together, get out, relax, unwind, and enjoy some good company.
A night out at the museum is even a better thing, especially if it is a way to support community causes, such as support for an area school.
On Saturday, November 9th, the Museum School is hosting its 5th annual benefit to support its education and enrichment programs. Taking place at All Souls Fellowship in East Decatur Station, the public-charter based school (for grades K-6 this year, and eventually expanding to 8th grade), the event promises to be a festive way to engage the immediate community.
Auction opportunities featuring concert tickets, gift-cards, celebrity memorabilia, vacation getaways, keepsake student art, and other items are part of the proceedings.
Through October 25th, parties who are interested in being a sponsor may contact the staff at email@example.com. For those who would like to lend support as a donor, there are opportunities available. Tickets and yard signs (to lend another tier of support) are also available; it is recommended that purchases are made as early as possible, as last year's event is a sellout.
Support of the arts, culture, along with the learning opportunities provided helps make the teaching and learning process for any student a more cultivating experience. With the support from the immediate community, the Museum School is better able to realize its core values in equipping students to be the best people and citizens possible.
Get ready to enjoy a night out.
